The hotel is good value for money. Quite located in the city center, is well equipped, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, the staff are extra kind and helpful. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the sink is practical. Giant screen TV, providing a pleasant relaxation from the bed.
Great location, courteous staff, spacious room, very comfortable beds including sofa bed. The hotel area is central and convenient with a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes and close public transport.
The staff is really really friendly. The hotel and rooms are clean and nicely designed. The breakfast is small but nice and has something for everyone. In the evening it is also possible to eat or drink a cocktail in the restaurant.
The structure is convenient and comfortable. The rooms have a modern and refined style. The breakfast is very varied with products of various kinds ranging from sweet to savory. The location is excellent, especially for those arriving by train and is a stone's throw from the various attractions of Rome. Convenient proximity to the subway. The staff is super friendly and helpful especially the courtesy and friendliness of the waitresses in the breakfast room is noted.
The staff were so lovely and very helpful with anything we asked them, like directions, recomendations, absolutley flawless customer service from start to finish, the room was so nice, very clean, not got a bad word to say about anything. The location was perfect too. Nothing, everything was just perfect. Great price, great location, lovely and clean, very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definately stay here again
We booked 2x classic doubles rooms in the main building. They were very clean & comfortable and each had kettle, safe, fridge, hairdryer & toiletries. We had breakfast each morning which was lovely with plenty choice of hot and cold food plus you could order special coffees (cappuccino etc). Reception staff were friendly and helpful (gave us directions, booked taxis etc) and the bar staff were great. We ate in the hotel one night and food was lovely. The hotel is a short walk from most of the main attractions. Lovely hotel and would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.
The location of the hotel was perfect, close enough to all the main attractions without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The hotel decor was nice and the walk in shower, as well as the super friendly and attentive staff, especially at the bar.
We booked a superior room, we had our own terrace, although you can’t see a beautiful view from it, but overall a nice bonus. The room was cleaned every day, for 5 days the bed was changed three times. The staff were friendly and even helped us order food at 1am on the day of our arrival. The room was a little odd in layout, the bathroom and washbasin were not separated by anything. Fortunately, at least the toilet was separately outside the door, but this did not create discomfort as such. The location is really very good. Everything is within walking distance, on the next street there is a cafe where you can have lunch or dinner after a long day.
Just back from a 4 night stay at this lovely hotel. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, a little traffic noise could be heard but didn’t bother us. Rooms were equipped with a kettle, safe, fridge, hairdryer and toiletries. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Reception staff were very friendly & helpful, happy to help with directions, taxi bookings etc. The bar staff were great too, you were served snacks with your drinks. We also enjoyed a meal there one night. The hotel is within easy walking distance to most of the main attractions. Thank you for a lovely stay.
We stayed from 15-18 May, have a lovely stay. Hotel is in the perfect location everything is a 10 minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants, shops nearby. Every corner or street has lovely restaurants. Reception and staff were super friendly and so helpful from booking taxis, our airport transfer arrived half hour early and reception asked them to wait while we had breakfast. It was also my birthday when we stayed and I didn’t inform the hotel but I was surprised with a cake and candle at breakfast as they must have got my dob at check in so lovely. Rooms very modern and clean. Would stay again.
A beautiful boutique hotel, designed like a real Italian. Close to everything !!!!!!! A short walk from all the sites - everything was really around us. Courteous, young and charming staff, excellent breakfast, excellent service, we got a room for four - was excellent, spacious enough with separation for our teenage girls. Clean, meticulous and inviting. We will return there every time we visit Rome - it's for sure !!!
My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Our room was perfect (classic room), well-equipped with everything we needed and was excellently cleaned every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower was easy to control. The staff were always helpful with whatever we needed and were extremely nice and professional. The breakfast was very good for the amount you are paying and had a bit of everything to cater for our tastes. The bar downstairs is expensive, but the food is delicious and definitely worth a try. The hotel itself has a cool design and its location is ideal. Definitely would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Rome.
I was wondering how the "two building" set up was going to work, it was no issue at all. The hotel is cute, nothing big, but clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We walked to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps from the hotel and there is a taxi stand on the next street over. So location is great.
Great hotel. Clean, quiet, and walkable to sites. A visit to the rooftop deck in the evening is a must. They also provided a mobile device in each room that is quite handy when exploring the city (phone class, GPS, etc.) as we did not have an EU service plan.
All the hotel employees we met were smiling, available and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful and with a wide choice of products. We had a great time :)
Fantastic location near the major sites. Next door to a corner store, amazing cafe, pharmacy and two blocks from a grocery store. Great air conditioning that kept the room cold to American standards. the beds were super comfortable and the room was great. Staff at the breakfast was so thoughtful and nice and definitely made our stay! Will stay here every time we come back to Rome.
This hotel is lovely and we would definitely consider returning. It is clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel bar is really nice, we stopped for a drink most evenings before bed. Relaxed atmosphere and decently priced. Room was lovely and big. Our room was in the next door building which is accessed by your room key, so felt quite safe. 10-15 min walk to the Trevi fountain, Colloseum and the train station so location is good, although away from the hustle & bustle of the main sites. Each room provides you with an Android phone that you can take out and about for Internet access and calls, as well as calling Reception, very handy. Sofa bed and cot provided and made up for the kids and still lots of room after that. Roof terrace was lovely to go up to, although it is just tables and chairs. Iron provided on request. We were sad to leave, thank you for a lovely stay!
10 minutes from the central train station. The hotel is really centrally located - all sights can be reached within an hour on foot.
Of course, it is a bit noisy because of the central location, but that was not a problem for us. The room was modernly furnished - a bit hard to get used to, the open concept of the bathroom, toilet is separated, shower / bathtub but open. But a paravant is provided. Breakfast very internationally prepared (everything available from bacon and sausage to scrambled eggs and muesli to sweet little pieces. The bar staff in the evening very accommodating and friendly. Small roof terrace is also highly recommended.
We just checked out today. We were there from Tuesday night to Saturday morning. We stayed in the Annex and had a classic room (Room 512). We enjoyed our stay there. It’s a quaint and nice hotel.
It was a nice size room for Europe. It was clean and quite. The bed was comfortable and the room was comfortable overall. It has a few things that you could see needed some attention but what hotel room doesn’t anymore that is in this price range. When we look for a hotel room we care about cleanliness, comfort, noise, and access to the area. This hotel checked them all. 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain, and 13 minute walk to the Colosseum. It’s a few blocks from the metro station and not from from Termini Station. I saw some reviewers complain about being in the annex as if it was a downgrade. But honestly, I found it nice. It was like staying in an apartment and didn’t have to deal with the lobby and prying eyes every time you came and left. It has a security lock for your key to get into the annex, and a private rooftop terrace.
I never normally leave reviews but felt I had to in this case!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Rome Times Hotel for 3 nights last week and I cannot fault our experience at all. Communication with the hotel before arriving was fantastic, I requested a double room rather than a twin room and had a response within minutes confirming they had sorted this. Upon arriving it was a little too early to check in but the reception desk staff held our luggage and got the room ready as quick as they could. Our room was in the second building a few doors down from the main building, and I’ve seen a few reviews complaining about this but we had no problems at all! The building may not have a reception but is still secure as you can’t enter without a room key, and it’s just a 30 second walk to the main building for breakfast each morning, the staff even took our luggage over for us - if you get placed here it won’t affect your stay at all! The room was perfectly air conditioned with plenty of space to store luggage and didn’t feel cramped at all.. especially with the floor to ceiling balcony window and it was immaculately clean! The hotel itself is in a perfect location, 10 minutes each way to both the Trevi fountain and Colosseum and just 30 minutes in a taxi from Ciampino airport. Overall, the location was spot on, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast catered for everyone and I would 10000% stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to visit Rome! I am so glad I came across this hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay
We had a triple room in the annexe a few doors up which has its own entrance. It was secure and the main door was key activated. We were on the 4th floor. Check in was efficient and all staff we encountered during our stay were pleasant and professional.
The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of both the Trevi fountain and the Coloseum.
The room was an adequate size and had everything you needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, although as with most hotels you only get the 1 pillow for the spare bed. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and toiletries, the shower was large with plenty of hot water.
There were decent blackout curtains which would be invaluable during the summer.
There is a small fridge which always comes in handy.
Service was amazing, Red and Davide were great, gave us recommendations and were so helpful.
Food and drinks 10/10..
My Husband and I came for our honeymoon from Australia and loved every bit of it..
Arrivederci Roma.. we will be back and will be staying here again.. can not recommend high enough! Xx
The staff rocks they are all wonderful IMO. Guilio the bartender was wonderful as was his asst Pouria. Micheala was a doll along with Sarah and Christian the Bell man. Our house keepers Margie and Sophie(head housekeeper) we’re just lovely….Margie always has a huge smile and working very fast and hard to accommodate us…what a dear. My nephews and I loved our stay here and the air conditioning was wonderful even on 100 F days.
